Training

PSN can use the Senior Centre’s training facility by arrangement. This has been renegotiated in 2017.

PSN members may sign up for a personal tutorial by sending an email to the tutors of the TUTORIAL you require.

From time to time we will post some self-help tutorials to the web. See front page for a new set of excellent tutorials
Feel free to copy them to your machine and work through them at your own pace.

iTunes Match and Apple Music An interesting article from
Macworld. According to this article if you are using Apple Music, you need to also continue subscribing to iTunes Match to stop iTunes applying DRM (Digital Rights Management) to the music you added to i Tunes from CDs, etc that have been swapped for Apple versions.

Picasa on the way out but still user friendly and sufficient for the average IT user
Google has said that
Picasa will no longer be supported from 15 March 2016 See here:

picasa.html
Picasa has always been a popular program and there isn’t any thing
that has the breadth of capabilities for free (or even paid, as far as I know).
Picasa is still available to install, but it is uncertain how long this
will last.
